Mit dem vermehrten Empfang von Dateianhängen per E-Mail steigt die Gefahr von Cyberattacken. Das grundsätzliche Daten- und Kommunikationsverhalten unserer IT wird nachdrücklich elidiert mit schadhaft klassifizierbar Daten-Elementen umgehen. Elektronische Rechnungsdaten werden daher vor dem Import auf potenzielle Schadsoftware geprüft. Gelöschte Elemente werden nicht zurückverfolgt oder als eingehende Informationen erfasst.

 

Wichtige Punkte bei der Übertragung der eRechnungen zu unserem fad:

  • pro E‑Mail kann immer nur eine E‑Rechnung versendet werden
  • sofern mehr als eine Rechnung in einer E‑Mail enthalten ist, wird die E‑Mail (einschließlich der Anhänge; Rechnungen) automatisch gelöscht
  • Eingänge an unser efad, die keine E‑Rechnung darstellen, werden automatisch gelöscht.
  • Eingänge von „no reply“-eMail-Adressen werden automatisch gelöscht
  • Eingänge aus nicht Europäischen TLD (Top-Level-Domain) werden automatisch gelöscht,

With the increased receipt of file attachments via email, the risk of cyberattacks is increasing. The basic data and communication behavior of our IT is strictly limited to dealing with data elements that can be classified as malicious. Electronic invoice data is therefore checked for potential malware before being imported. Deleted elements are not traced back or recorded as incoming information.

Important points when transferring e-invoices to our fad:

  • Only one e-invoice can be sent per email
  • If more than one invoice is contained in an email, the email (including attachments; invoices) is automatically deleted
  • Incoming messages to our efad that are not e-invoices are automatically deleted.
  • Incoming emails from “no reply” addresses are automatically deleted
  • Incoming emails from non-European TLDs (top-level domains) are automatically deleted
